(From Housh-Goodwin Funeral Home)Serenity Ashley Bristol of Wentworth, MO passed from this earth on August 1, 2026, after a brief hospitalization. She was 44.
A proud 2000 graduate of Cummings High School in Burlington, NC; she met her husband J.B. shortly thereafter, and they enjoyed 24 years together. She loved her nieces and nephews fiercely, spoiled them as much as she could, and never once let them doubt her love for them.
Surviving her are her husband, her mother Susan Mersing and stepfather Robert Mersing of Neosho, MO; her "Momma", Helen Eddingfield of Wentworth, MO; her brother Michael Pisanti of Springfield, MO; sisters Heather Mersing of Cassville, MO and Kayla Mersing of Neosho, MO; brothers in law Michael Jacobson (Jacksonville, AL) and Justin Jacobson (Cartersville, GA) as well as numerous family members and hundreds of friends that were always considered family.
There will be a celebration of life for Serenity on November 7th; and her remains will be spread at one of her favorite locations ever at a date to be determined.
Cremation arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Housh-Goodwin Funeral Home in Sarcoxie, Missouri.
