Frances McDaniel, age 93, passed away on November 24, 2015 at St. Luke’s Nursing Home in Carthage, MO.
She was born to William Henry Orvis Wiese and Ella Mary “Rathmann” Wiese. She was a retired sales person for Avon products and received several awards and honors from Avon. Frances attended Fairview Christian Church.
Frances was married to Millard McDaniel who preceded her in death May, 1984. Also preceding her in death was a brother, Orville Wiese and one sister, Lucille Kliene. Surviving family includes one son Stephen McDaniel, Carthage, Missouri and a daughter Marilyn Rice of Joplin, Missouri. Also surviving are grandchildren, Genna Reid, Andrew Rice, Emily Rice, and Adam Rice, as well as 14 Great Grandchildren
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 30, 2015 at Ulmer Funeral Home, Carthage, Missouri. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 29, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Ulmer Funeral Home, Carthage. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
