Sheryl Lynn Pettey, 29 passed away November 13, 2015,
Sheryl was born December 18, 1985 in Jacksonville, Arkansas to John and Sherry Pettey of Carthage, MO. She spent most of her adult life in the Joplin area and was a homemaker. Sheryl enjoyed music along with the arts, she was very devoted mother to two girls.
Sheryl is survived by her parents, John and Sherry Pettey of Carthage, MO, and two daughters Robin Long and Rose Long, two sisters Sara Goeken of Carthage, MO and Stacey Pettey of the home, four brothers Jeffrey Pettey of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, John Pettey II of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Michael Pettey of Carthage, MO, and Justin Pettey of Carthage, MO.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday November 21, 2015 at Center Point Cemetery in Hazen, Arkansas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday November 20, 2015 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Contributions can be made to the charity of donor’s choice.
