John Ray Frossard 76, died Friday, November 20 at Medicalodge in Neosho, MO.
John was born September 13, 1939 in Carthage to John S. and Lois Lucille (Purcell) Frossard. He was a lifelong area resident and was a dairy farmer. He also hauled cattle and was a local truck driver.
John married Beverly Penrose on June 13, 1958 in Miami Oklahoma. Beverly preceded him in death on May 16, 2012 and one son Johnny Lee Frossard. John is survived by one son, Danny Frossard, Neosho, MO and one daughter Rachael Cole, Joplin, MO. He is also survived by four brothers: Loyd Frossard and Paul Frossard of Joplin, MO, Gary Frossard, Reeds, MO and Lenny Frossard of Seneca, MO. Two sisters Shirley Evans and Kendra Henson, Joplin, MO. Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Ilene McElroy.
Services will be held, Monday, November 23, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Clark Chapel of Memories in Neosho. Officiating will by John Mitchell and Mick Evans. Interment will follow at Cedar Creek Cemetery, Tipton Ford, MO. Family will receive friends at the funeral home, Sunday, November 22, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M.
