Randy Jay Owsley age 69 of Joplin, Mo passed away Thursday November 26, 2015 at the Freeman Hospital.
He was born on March 9, 1946 in Pekin, IN the son of Wendell Holms and Audrey Lucille “Littell” Owsley.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am Friday December 11, 2015 at the Well Spring Church Webb City, Mo.
