Lois Green

(From Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home)

On July 18th, surrounded by her family, Lois M. Green entered her Heavenly home and into the arms of Jesus. She was greeted by her husband of 65 years, Charles G. Green and precious dog Dolly whom she missed so much.

Lois was born June 19th, 1928 to Alfred and Meta Foster in Kansas City, KS. In 1945 she married her one true love Charles. They were married 65 years before his passing in 2012. To this union was born one daughter Lois Charlene, affectionately called by them “Little Chuckles.” During their time in K.C. Lois worked as a beautician. She has a granddaughter McKenzie who followed in her footsteps and works as a beautician in Joplin.

In 1965 Charles and Lois bought the Western Auto Store in Seneca. They loved this area, loved fishing and staying at their boat dock on Grand Lake. In 1979 Charles had to sell the store and retire due to his health. They loved to travel in their motor home and spending the winter in Arizona and Nevada.

Lois leaves behind her daughter Charlene and son-in-law Dr. James Rowland. Three grandchildren, Greg Rowland and wife Jennifer, Seneca, Stacey Morris and husband Kevin, Shawnee, OK and Tracey Rowland of Springfield; 8 great-grandchildren, Chelsea, Wade, Savanah, Shelby, McKenzie, Emma, Jazmynn and Daniel; one great-great grandson Jaxon.

Lois was a Christian and attended First Baptist Church in Seneca. She considered the ladies in her Sunday School Class as one of the biggest blessings in her life. She loved each one of them so much.

Lois was considered a huge blessing to her family and was loved so much. Our lives have been changed forever by her love and life will not be the same without her. Heaven has gained a shinning star and our beautiful angel has received her wings.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 3:00pm, Sunday, July 19, 2020 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00am, Monday, July 20, 2020 at the Seneca Cemetery with Bro. Rod VanGorkam officiating.
