Christopher Jason “Spanky” Seifert, 38, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas.
Spanky began his journey on July 24, 1981 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, born to James and Kimberly (Seifert) Patterson. He loved music, sang and played the guitar. He also enjoyed fishing and horticulture. He was a member of the New Life Church in Bella Vista, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Phyllis Seifert.
Spanky is survived by his parents, James Patterson of Noel, Missouri and Kimberly Seifert Patterson of Rogers, Arkansas; his son, Darren Hawkins of Ada, Oklahoma; grandparents, Elmo Wilson of Hulbert, Oklahoma, Ruth Ann Patterson of Neosho, Missouri, David Patterson and Vivian of Neosho, Missouri siblings, Jindy Patterson and David Cacares of Noel, Missouri, Chelsey Holloway and Austin of Bentonville, Arkansas, Allen Patterson and Hannah Irvin of Noel, Missouri; his fiancé, Heather Thompson of Anderson, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of family and friends who will dearly miss Spanky.
Graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Union Cemetery in Stella, Missouri. Brother Bill Hackworth will officiate. There will be an open viewing from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on Monday, July 20, 2020 at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home.
