(From Clark Funeral Home)Constance “Connie” (Cunningham) Allen Alvarado died suddenly on September 11, 2021. She was born on March 25, 1944 to Claud “Bob” Cunningham and Doris (Smith) Cunningham in Hollis, OK. Shortly after Connie was born the family moved to Spearman, Texas and she spent most of her childhood there.
Later the family moved to Houston, where Connie graduated high school. She then attended the University of Houston and later graduated from Crowder College in Neosho, MO with her Associates in Nursing.
Through out her life Connie always had a soft spot in her heart for cats. She doted on her kitties and some might say even spoiled them. During this time of COVID and quarantines Connie had her two rescue kitties that she claims helped keep her sane.
Connie is preceded by her parents, Doris and Bob and her only brother, Hodge Cunningham.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Silviano Alvarado; sons, Todd Allen (Patty) and Lance Allen (Leighan); grandchildren, Taylor Allen, Brenna Allen, Luke Allen and Hope Allen; step-grandsons, Conner Gearhart and Harrison Gearhart; brother, Tom Cunningham; her two beloved rescue kitties (Jojo and Ozzie) and a host of loving family and friends.
A Private Family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Moore Funeral Home - Southlawn Chapel, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
