(From Knell Mortuary)George Robert Gunderson, age 79 of Carthage, Missouri, passed away April 5, 2023. George retired from the Carpenters Union. He was a proud Navy Veteran.
He enjoyed building and remodeling homes, wood working, hunting, fishing, trap shooting, golfing and spending time with family and friends. He loved his fur babies, Bonnie and Clyde along with Billy dearly.
George is survived by his spouse of 57 years, Mary Ann; daughters, Kimberly (Matt “Mattskie”) Snell, Carrie Gunderson, Georganne Freed, and Mary Jo (Nate) Heider; several grandchildren and blessed with many great-grandchildren.
