(From Simpson Funeral Home)Linda (Glenn) Evans, age 60 of Joplin, passed away at Mercy Hospital on April 25, 2023. She was born on November 9, 1962 in Joplin to Mary Ann Mullis. She previously working at both Cardinal Scales of Webb City and Jasper Products.
Linda was a graduate of Hoover High School in Fresno, California. After high school, she was blessed to become a mother and raise three children. She was Jennifer's caretaker - the two were inseparable. Linda loved her grandkids, and enjoyed life to the fullest.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Mary.
She is survived by her three sisters, Brenda of Fresno, CA, Teresa of Joplin, and Anna; children Jason Evans of Lee's Summit; Jennifer Renee Evans of Joplin, and Max Evans of Lee's Summit; two grandchildren Jason II and Max III, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will take place 3pm on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
