(From Housh-Goodwin Funeral Home)Michael Francis Lundy was born to Eternal Life on April 14th, 1959 and passed away at age 62 on August 7th, 2021.
Michael is survived by his wife and lifelong friend, Renate Lundy, admiring sons Joshua and Matthew Lundy, loving parents Francis and Shirley Lundy. His brother’s family Mark and Barb Lundy. Along with many joyful and beautiful grandchildren, niece, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his loving mother Kay Lundy and his cherished granddaughter, Scarlet Lundy.
Michael was born in Santa Monica, CA. He worked in the University of Wisconsin Hospital until his retirement in 2015. Micheal was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed spending time with his family at BadgerLand Campground. Michael was a story-teller and chef who believed that a good meal mixed with great stories bonded a family together. He will be remembered by many friends and family who will cherish their memories of laughter and adventure with Michael.
Memorial services are 12:00 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Sarcoxie Cemetery with Pastor Scott Stone officiating.
