(From Parker Mortuary)Frankie Bert Jarrett, age 65 of McCune, Kansas, passed away at his home on Thursday, April 13, 2023 following a sudden illness. Frankie was born June 6, 1957 in Columbus, Kansas to Norman A. Jarrett and Bertie Phelan.
Frankie graduated from Chetopa High School, living and working most of his life in the Southeast Kansas area as an electrician and welder. He held to his Catholic foundation and relied heavily on his faith in Jesus Christ.
Surviving Frankie is his mother, Bertie Tilberg of Joplin; sons, Travis Jarrett and partner, Jody Jensen of Joplin, Coty Jarrett and wife, Majestic of Pittsburg, Kansas; daughter, Molly Jarrett of Overland Park, Kansas; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Scott, Jay and Brady Jarrett.
Frankie was preceded in death by his father, Norman.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 27th at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Parker Mortuary.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
