Sheila Kellhofer

Sheila Diane (Pryor) Kellhofer of Monett, Missouri passed away on April 7, 2023, at 76 years of age. Sheila was the daughter of Olon and Geneva (Porter) Pryor. 

Sheila was born in Miami, Oklahoma on April 20, 1946. She was married to Don Kellhofer on February 14, 2016, he survives. 

Also surviving is her son: Steven Toth and wife Ronda of North Carolina; two grandsons: Stevie and Bobby Toth of North Carolina; four brothers: Alvin and wife Maryjo Pryor of Purdy, Missouri, Leon and wife Susie Pryor of Marshfield, Missouri, Kenny and wife Sallie Pryor of Monett, Missouri, Ronald, and wife Laqita Childress of Pierce City, Missouri; one sister: Marsha Mize of Sarcoxie, Missouri.







Sheila was preceded in death by her parents: Olon and Geneva Pryor; and three sisters: Mary Moore, Jewel Simpson, and Nora Hayes.

Sheila was a professional hair stylist, manager of shops in Kansas City, Branson and Monett, Missouri. She loved decorating her houses, rearranging them and remodeling them, she even went so far as striping one down to the studs and rafters before redesigning and rebuilding it. 

One of her fun moments was shopping for bargains at the 6 Habitat Stores in Kansas City, Missouri. But her greatest desire and passion in life was going door to door talking to people about GOD’S word, the Bible. Very seldom did she miss mentioning scripture from GOD’S word if she carried on a conversation with anyone. She truly loved talking to people!

Sheila has been one of JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES since 1972, the year she was Baptized. Sheila is a Sister in the Monett Congregation of JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES.








Visitation for Sheila is being held on Tuesday April 11, 2023 from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri. Graveside services are being held on Wednesday April 12, 2023 at 2:00p.m. at the Sparks Cemetery in Butterfield, Missouri with Seth Stonestrom officiating.

Memorial donations for Sheila may be made to the Jehovah’s Witnesses Worldwide Work.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri.
