Brandon Lee Pennington, 30, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017. Brandon was born June 30, 1986 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Jack Blackwood and Roxanna Pennington Blackwood. Brandon moved from the Michigan Area to LaRussell, Missouri and became a part of New Beginnings
Ministry, where he worked as a mentor. Brandon was an active member of Bible Believers Baptist Church in Joplin.
Brandon is survived by his fiancé Abigail Harrison of Nevada, Missouri, two sons: Brandon and Dayton; two daughters: Mya and Arieanna; his father Jack Blackwood and his fiancé Debbie and his mother Roxanna Pennington Blackwood and her fiancé Danny, all of Ypsilanti, Michigan; one brother Brett Blackwood and one sister Brittany Blackwood, both of Ypsilanti, Michigan, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, March 31, 2017 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be held the same day from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ulmer Funeral Home.
