Jeffrey was born August 19, 1983 in Miami, OK. He was a lifetime Miami resident and graduated from Miami High School Class of 2001. He was a heat and air technician for B&B Heat & Air of Grove, OK.
Survivors include his mother Terri Barnes and husband Steve of Miami, OK, 2 sons Xandir Timmons of Grove, OK and Remington Griner of Wyandotte, OK, his daughter Chloe Barnes of Tulsa, OK, 2 brothers Bradley Forrester of Miami, OK and James Forrester of Neosho, MO, his aunt and uncle Dawn and Jay Victor of Afton, OK, his grandmothers, Barbara Herrel of Miami, OK and Phyllis Timmons of Enid, OK.
