(From Ozark Funeral Home)Arthur Luke Franklin, 72, of Tiff City, Missouri, passed away on October 5, 2020 after a long illness.
He was born September 30, 1948 in Beaumont, Texas to Truman Norman Franklin and Mary Louise (nee Guidry) Franklin-Fuller, the fourth of seven children.
Arthur moved to McDonald County from Anaheim, California in 1976 and has lived in the local area most of his life since.
He never married or had children, but he loved his nieces and nephews like they were his own children.
He was preceded in death by his parents, by stepfather, John Wogan Fuller, and by one brother, Mark Lance Franklin.
He is survived by five siblings: Carley James Franklin, Gurley, Alabama; Ollie Norman Franklin, Anderson, Missouri; Monty Edward Franklin, Missoula, Montana; Nancy Fylena Shaver, Tiff City, Missouri; and Yancy Thomas Franklin, Tiff City, Missouri.
Cremation arrangements are under the personal care and direction of the Ozark funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri. No public services are planned at this time.
