(From Ozark Funeral Home)Mr. Norman Brittle, 78 of Goodman, Missouri departed this life on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at his home after an illness.
Norman was born November 13, 1943, in Quapaw, Oklahoma to the late Harry and Hazel (Painter) Brittle. Norman grew up in the Quapaw area before moving McDonald County 46 years ago.
On November 27, 1965, he was united in marriage to Jackie Cowan in Bloxham Banbury, England.
Norman faithfully served in the United States Air Force retiring after 22 years of service. Norman was a machinist until his retirement at the age of 62. Norman enjoyed spending time with is family, farming and raising dogs.
Norman was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and five brothers.
Norman is survived by his wife of 56 years; Jackie of the home, a daughter; Laura Williams and husband Casey of Pineville, grandchildren; Ashly Francisco and husband Shane of Pineville and Dillon Williams and Richelle of Pea Ridge, AR, and two great grandchildren Deacon and Corbin as well as a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Norman Brittle will be held Friday January 7, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri with Pastor Derald Compton officiating. Burial will follow in the McNatt Cemetery near Goodman, Missouri.
Norman was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and five brothers.
