Kathy was born on Nov 4th 1946 in Berwyn, Illinois to Francis and Betty Keenan. She was the oldest of three children. While in high school at the age of 16 she met the love of her life, Robert Detert. After high school she
attended business college in Chicago.
Kathy married Robert on June 28th 1969 and celebrated over 51 years together before his passing on April 6, 2021. From this union they had 2 wonderful daughters.
Kathy is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Eric) Miller of Joplin and Nicole Moore of Webb City; grandchildren, Christopher Gregory and Kayla Gregory of Webb City; bonus grandchildren, Sarah, Madeline, Julia, Alex, and Frankie, as well as numerous great grandchildren; her brother, Marv (Pat) Keenan; and her baby sister, Gwen Broughton and a host of nieces and nephews.
Along with her husband, Kathy is preceded in death by her parents Francis and Betty (Thomson) Keenan; son in law, Greg Moore; and nephew, Jimmy Broughton. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.Read Less
