Mr. Mark Richard Hensley, 58, of Miami, Oklahoma, departed this life on Friday evening, January 28, 2022, at Solace House of the Ozarks.

Mark entered this life on October 11, 1963, in San Jose, California, born to the union of Richard and Lynne (Luther) Hensley. He resided in Orange County California until his junior year in high school when the family moved to Miami, Oklahoma. He was a man of many talents and a jack of all trades. He enjoyed socializing, drinking, bar-b-Qing, and being the life of the party amongst friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hensley.

Mark is survived by his daughter, Madison Hensley of Joplin, Missouri; his mother, Lynne Chemotti of San Clemente, California; two brothers, Lee Hensley of Miami, Oklahoma and Dan Hensley of San Clemente, California; as well as a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 3, 2022, at Ozark Funeral Home in Southwest City, Missouri, with Chaplain Danny Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at Southwest City Cemetery. Those honoring his life by serving as pallbearers are Lee Hensley, Dan Hensley, Heath Barnett, Brian Brester, Barry Blount and Doug Johnson. In lieu of flowers memorials are being directed to the Solace House of the Ozarks 2425 Mina Ave., Joplin, Missouri 64804.
