(From Knell Mortuary)Kelly Dawn Mitchell, 58, Nowata, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday morning, January 22, 2022, at Ascension St John’s Hospital, Nowata, Oklahoma. Kelly was born on February24, 1963, in Nevada, Missouri, the daughter of Dana (Pearl) Davis. Kelly was both a beautician and an employee of Carthage Vending for many years.
She is survived by a son, Dustin Mitchell (Tiffany), Oologah, Oklahoma; a brother, Terry Lowe, Sallisaw, Oklahoma; two sisters, Karen Williams and Vickie Kershaw, Carthage, Missouri; and five grandchildren, Pazely, Jentry, Preslee, Jovie, and Jagger Mitchell.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Dana Davis, and stepfather, Gene Davis.
Memorial services will be held 12 pm, Friday, January 28, 2022, at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Carthage, Missouri. Online condolences may be expressed through www.knellmortuary.com.
