Billy John Howard, age 72, Noel, MO, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023 at Freeman of Neosho.

Billy was born December 17, 1950 in Tulsa, OK, son of the late Marion Gene Howard and Roberta (Unis) Howard. He was owner/operator of Masonry Restoration for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Eleanor “Beth” (Nelson) Howard.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary with no formal services planned at this time.
