Debbie McGaugh

Debra Lynn McGaugh, aged 68, passed away on November 9, 2024, in Webb City, Missouri. Born on February 7, 1956, in Fort Riley, Kansas. Debbie, as she was affectionately known, led a fulfilling life marked by her dedication to her family and her career.

In her early years, Debbie was a dynamic parts manager for General Motors, a role that showcased her sharp organizational skills and strong work ethic. After her illustrious career, she devoted herself to her family, becoming a pillar of strength and love as a mother and grandmother.








Debbie's hobbies brought much joy and zest to her life. She relished the time spent getting her hair and nails done, followed by enjoying a Perfect Margarita with her best friend. Family was the core of Debbie's existence, and she stood as the foundational rock upon which her family built their lives.

She is survived by her daughter, Shela Hill; grandchildren, John Hill, Christian Hill, Cheyenne Hill, and their spouses; life partner, Ron Leslie; siblings, Stewart and Karen Wilson, Perry Simpson, and Connie King; and great-grandchildren, Kaydance, Madisyn, Kyson, Amarae, Tayven, Bentley, Cambria, Lilly, Jace, Axel and many more loved ones. 

She is now reunited with her father and mother Lawrence and Elda Wilson, husband Michael McGaugh, sister Mamie Simpson, son Jason Rocky McGaugh, son-in-law Jason Hill and best friend Letitia Palmer.








Debbie will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her passionate embrace of life, and her unwavering support for her loved ones. Those who knew her will recall her warmth, her laughter, and her indomitable spirit. Debbie wants everyone to remember that she believes in you.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made out to the family.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in Parker Mortuary Chapel.

Funeral arrangements are under the special care and direction of Parker Mortuary.
