Charles Malcomb Bradshaw, age 81, Seneca, Missouri, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, Missouri.
Charles was born August 8, 1935 in El Reno, Oklahoma. He joined the United States Army after school, and served in Germany. He remembers traveling on a ship with Elvis Presley on his way to Germany. After his military service he returned to begin his career working with the Railroad. He worked for several railroads during his 40 year career, working as a Dispatcher at several locations throughout the United States. He retired with Burlington Northern. He recently moved to Seneca to be near family.
He is survived by his sons, Charles Bradshaw, Jr, of Washington, D.C., Duane Bradshaw of Walnut, Mississippi, and Chance Bradshaw of Seneca; eight grandchildren, step-children, Kenny Phegley, Kevin Phegley, Scotty Phegley all of West Plains, Missouri; several step grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, no services are planned at this time.
