James Franklin Starbuck, 63, Seneca, died October 6, 2014 in Woodward, Oklahoma, following a sudden illness.
James was born April 14, 1951 in Brush, Colorado, the son of Harvey Franklin Starbuck and Rebecca Louise (Rickard) Starbuck, and had lived in Seneca for the last three years. He had been an over the road truck driver for most of his life.
James married Willa Jean Hinds on August 28, 1989 in Miami, Oklahoma and she preceded him in death on July 16, 2004. He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Louise Koehn; two sons, Jason Smart and Shawn Starbuck; two daughters, Marsha Sutherland and Kathleen Cross; two brothers, Roger Starbuck and Todd Starbuck; three sisters, Sharon Fulton, Becky Tenn and Denise Datar; and domestic partner, Polly Gilbert. In addition to his wife, James is preceded in death by his father, Harvey Franklin Starbuck, and a son, Spike Starbuck.
