Diana L. Gandy, age 63, Joplin, Missouri passed away Sunday November 6, 2016 at Spring River Christian Village following an illness.
She was born April 29, 1953 in Carrol, Iowa to Albert and Barbara (Randall) Sapp.
Diana was a LPN, but enjoyed being a homemaker the most. She loved raising her daughters and being involved with their activities. Diana was an avid reader and an animal lover. She very much enjoyed watching CSI as well as Law and Order.
She married Keith Gandy on December 27, 1981 and he preceded her in death on April 3, 2015. Diana was also preceded in death by a daughter, Nicole Tabor on April 3, 2015; two sisters, Barbara Butler, Deborah Maher and her parents.
Diana is survived by one daughter, Catrina Talley and husband Will, Seneca, Missouri; one sister Shelly Manard, and one grandchild, Hayden Tabor and several nieces and nephews.
A Prayer service will be held at 1:30 pm Friday at the Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary with burial following at Gandy Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 12:30 pm prior to the service.
