Donald Lawrence Newdiger, 81, Neosho, MO passed away February 12, 2019 after a short illness.
He was born February 5, 1938 in Tipton Ford, MO to Lawrence Eli and Cleo Marie (Taylor) Newdiger. Donald was a lifelong resident of the Neosho area, graduating from Neosho High School in 1956. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Neosho where he helped with children ministries. Donald served in the Army National Guard. He later worked for Foremost Dairy in Joplin. Donald then owned his own milk route where he hauled milk from farm to market for many, many years. He also hauled fuel to Petro Truck stop, then owned and operated his own dairy. Donald enjoyed going to his coffee club and loved to do quilting and embroidery work.
Donald married Farol Gunlock on September 26, 1959 in Neosho; she survives. He is also survived by two children, Ticia Dawn McDonald and husband, Gary of Carthage, MO and Timothy (Tim) Donald Newdiger and wife, Brenda of Pulaski, WI; one sister, Waymeth Werries and husband, Steve of Neosho; six grandchildren, Aaron McDonald, Daniel Newdiger and wife, Sarah, Eli Newdiger, Jonathan Newdiger, Brenna Newdiger, and Maya Newdiger; and one great granddaughter on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Joseph Taylor (JT) Newdiger.

Services will be 10 am, Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Clark Funeral Home - Chapel of Memories, Neosho, with Pastor Buddy Funk officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Valley Cemetery, Tipton Ford, MO. Visitation will be 5 pm until 7 pm, Tuesday, February 19 at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to either Fellowship Baptist Church or Spring Valley Cemetery, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66, Neosho, MO 64850.
