Roena Belle Morgan, 81, Granby, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 19, 2019, following several years of declining health. Roena was born January 15, 1938 at Creighton, Missouri, the daughter of Lucian and Edna (Hunt) Cox.
On June 9, 1956, she married Lewis Morgan and he resides in Harrisonville, Missouri. She resided in Harrisonville until moving to Southwest Missouri in July, 1986. Roena enjoyed crocheting, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by one daughter, Brenda Jacobs Oxendine and husband, Alan Oxendine; three grandchildren, Angela Shoemaker of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Laura Robinson and husband Keith of Mesa, Arizona and Charlie Jacobs and wife, Clyta of Seneca, Missouri and five great grandchildren.
