Linda Louise Williams, 79, of Carl Junction, MO, passed away on July 26, 2020. She was born in Oklahoma on November 7, 1940 to Robert and Roberta Kean.
Linda grew up in northeast Oklahoma where she met the love of her life, Marty Williams, and went on to be married for 62 wonderful years. She worked in the local court system for over 30 years and served as the Jasper County Circuit Clerk for 15 years.
Linda loved her family very much and her greatest joy in life was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed hosting holidays for her family and golfing. Linda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was a loving friend to everyone she met.
Linda is survived by her husband, Martin “Marty” Williams, two brothers, Tom and Jim Kean, son, Marty Wayne Williams, daughter, Cara Fletcher, grandson, Derek Williams and wife Carla, granddaughter, Courtney Derryberry and husband Jonathon, granddaughter Cassie Jurek and husband Alex, and five beautiful great grandchildren.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bill Kean.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Carl Junction Cemetery Pavilion.
