(From Clark Funeral Home)Dale Virginia Williams, age 80, of Joplin, Missouri, formerly of Neosho, Missouri, passed away at 9:05 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Freeman West Hospital, following a sudden illness. She was born July 31, 1941, in Neosho, to the late Oliver Quinton and Mary Madalene (Shepherd) Scott.
Dale was a 1959 graduate of Neosho High School and a member of the Cave Springs Baptist Church. On August 19, 1960, she married Henry Marshvon Williams in Neosho.
Dale a two-time cancer survivor, loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her hobbies included camping and anything to do with art. Dale was a member of the Neosho Arts Council.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Henry “Jake” Marshvon Williams of the home; four children Marsha Michele (Jerry) Powers, Tara Gail (Don Hankins) Powers, Kelly Dale (Caryl) Williams and Marsh Von (Loretta) Williams; two sisters Rilla Scott and Rosemary (Al) Landis all of Joplin; one brother, Edward Scott of Neosho; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents her brother, Davis Scott, son-in-law, Ron Powers, and grandson Dustin Wielder, preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories in Neosho with Reverend Everett Staib officiating. Burial will follow at Burkhart Cemetery in Racine, Missouri. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 26, 2022, at the funeral home.
