Dave Watson

David Alonzo “Dave” Watson, age 93, of Neosho, Missouri, entered into rest at 8:17 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2022, at his home. He was born May 11, 1929, in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of the late David A. and Anna Mae (Wilson) Watson. 

Dave was a U.S. Army Veteran and served during the Korean War. Dave owned and operated Dave’s TV and Radio Service since 1953 and was still actively working in his shop at the time of his passing. He was a member of the Belfast Baptist Church.

 

Survivors include his children, Dave (Donna) Watson of Van Buren, Arkansas, Judy (Kurt) Smith of Neosho, and Jeff (Sherri) Watson of Lone Tree, Colorado; and four grandchildren, Emma, Tyler, Audry, and Hanna Rose Watson.

In addition to his parents, his wife, Jan, and two sisters, Bessie Mae Hutchison and Josephine Thomas preceded him in death.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Clark Funeral Home in Neosho. A memorial service is to be held at a later date. The date of the service will be announced once it has been determined.
