Elaine Joyce Harper, age 66, of Joplin passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Freeman West Hospital.
She was born on July 25, 1950 in Roseburg, Oregon to Loren Ted Livingston and Evelyn Mae Maust Bevans Livingston. Elaine was a bartender, a shipping clerk and a welder for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her Chihuahuas.
Elaine is survived by her sister, Loreen Long and husband Mike of Willis, Texas; brother, Bruce Testerman and wife Donna of Neosho; sister, GaleTesterman of Tipton Ford; brother, George Flint of Anderson; sister, Debra Testerman of Neosho; daughter, Pam Tyler of Alabama; son, Randy Jones and wife Kim of Alabama; granddaughter, Taylor Reynolds; great granddaughter, Blakeleigh Hill; and a grandson, Jeremy Jones; along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 1 brother, 1 sister, and her parents.
