Rhonda Shirley Murray, age 55, Webb City, left us to go to Heaven on December 19, 2018.
Rhonda was born April 7, 1963, in Joplin, daughter of the late Benjamin O. Jansen and Beverly A. Neely Jansen. Rhonda graduated at Shawnee Mission East High School in the year of 1981. She lived in Shawnee Kansas most of her life, she also resided in Butler Missouri before moving to Joplin to be closer to her children.
Rhonda enjoyed nature, bowling and swimming, she loved the color purple and anything cow themed, she loved to sing, she also enjoyed art. She loved everything 70’s, the peace signs, colors, she was a hippie at heart. Rhonda had such a big heart, she was so friendly, she’d light up a room with her smile and laugh.
In addition to her parents, Rhonda was proceeded in death by former husband, Mike Rumpeltes. and her sister, Renee Jansen Regan.
Survivors include her husband, Wes Murray; four children, Beverly Rushing, Mikayla Rumpeltes, Justin Rushing, Travis Roberts (Star), brother, Randy Jansen (Tina); along with many extended family members and friends.
Rhonda will be greatly missed and always remember, she was loved unconditionally by so many people.
At this time there are no services planned, the family will be getting together in Spring.
