Teena M. Fallis 52, of Carl Junction, MO died 7:24pm Wednesday December 26, 2018 at the Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO following an illness.
Teena was born April 2, 1966 in Iola, KS the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth (Stotler) Jones. She was a longtime resident of Iola, KS and a graduate of Iola High School. Teena has been a part of this community for the last 12 years working at Oakview Estates in Frontenac, KS as a Certified Nurses Aide.
On October 22, 2016 Teena married Harry Fallis in Eureka Springs, AR; he survives at the home. Teena was of the Christian Faith; she was known to love her family, friends, concerts and casinos and her extended family at Oakview Estates.
Survivors include her husband; children Ashley Allen and wife Stephanie of Pittsburg, KS, Kenneth Wright of Iola, KS, Kimberly Fraker of Pittsburg, KS, Anthony Fallis and wife April of Joplin, MO, Clint Fallis and wife Jennifer of Galena, KS and Kyle Fallis and wife Katey of Joplin, MO; sister Tonnie Bryan of Iola, KS; cousins Sheila Sigg and Shelly Brown of Iola, KS and 4 grandchildren.
Teena was preceded in death by her parents and sister Sarah “Sally” Jones.
Memorial Services will be 10:00am Monday December 31, 2018 at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home in Pittsburg, KS with Fr. Thomas Stroot officiating. Burial will be at a private date at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Webb City, MO.
In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy to be in the form of memorials to the Oakview Estates in Frontenac, KS.
