Patricia “Pat” Ann Morgan, died unexpectedly at her home, Monday, October 31, 2016.
Pat was born May 14, 1956 in Carthage, Texas. She had attended college for two years and worked hard at several jobs to support and raise her four children. Pat had work as a Motel Manager, a cook at several restaurants, was a childcare provider, worked at a domestic violence center, and was a homemaker. She was raised as a Southern Baptist. Pat was known as being “Lucky” at bingo and lottery. In 2010, she married Ralph Morgan in Fairfield, Iowa and they moved to Mindenmines, Missouri just six weeks ago.
Pat is survived by her husband Ralph, of the home; three sons, Arnold Fitzgerald Rightnowar, Joplin, Missouri, Randy Lee Rightnowar, West Plains, Missouri, and Staff Sgt. Dean Jordan (Amber) Rightnowar, Manhattan, Kansas; one daughter, Tammy Marie (Kenny) Roberts, Licking, Missouri; four sisters, Carol Sue Schmidt, West Plains, Missouri, Kathy Simmons, Joplin, Missouri, Debby (Bill) Wray, Tacoma, Washington, and Bobbie Jo Tucker, St. Louis, Missouri; grandchildren, Christopher Joe Clark and Shayla Clark, both of Licking, Missouri, Ainn Jordan Rightnowar, Ethan Rightnowar, Megan Rightnowar, Tristan Rightnowar, all of Manhattan, Kansas, Rya Lynn Rightnowar, West Plains, Missouri; step children, Michael Doane Morgan and Jami Leigh Slice, both of Seattle, Washington, and Scott Fredrick Morgan, Phoenix, Arizona; and one great-grandchild, Raylynn, Licking, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Michael Simmons.
Graveside service will be 11:00 am Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Liberal City Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 7:00 pm Friday at Daniel Funeral Home.
