(From Daniel Funeral Home)Donald Raymond Null, age 86, of Lamar, Missouri passed away November 30, 2020, at Truman Healthcare Center.
Donald was born December 2, 1933 in Kansas City, KS to Theodore Calvin and Edna May (Butters) Null. He graduated from Holden, MO High School in the class of 1952 where the football team was inducted into the Missouri Hall Of Fame in 1948. He served his country in the United States Army form 1953 until 1956 during the Korean War.
On February 6, 1960, Donald married Ona Clements at the Lamar First Baptist Church.
Donald worked as an Inventory Management Supply Specialist. He loved to hunt and fish, refinish old furniture, and loved football. Spending time with his grandchildren was what he cherished most.
Survivors include his wife Ona; one son Todd Null, Lamar, MO; one daughter Leslie (Dan) Roncelli, Odessa, MO; three sisters-in-law, Mary Null, Overland Park, KS, Wanda Null, Lee's Summit, MO, and Sharon (John) Walls, Blue Springs, MO; two brothers-in-law, Maurice Clements, Lamar, MO and Jarold Clements, Butler, MO; five grandchildren, Paige Null, Lauryn Roncelli, Drew Roncelli and Jenna Roncelli, Brittany (Denny) Chandler; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding Donald in death were his parents and two brothers, Carl Null in February 2020 and Albert Null in 1990; a sister-in-Law, Martha Clements in 1998; and a great-granddaughter, Keeleigh Day Barger in 2008.
Services will be announced at a later date.
Contributions are suggested and made payable to St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of Daniel Funeral Home.
