(From Weng Funeral Chapel)Norma Sue Rea, 71 lifetime resident of Jasper, passed away on December 24, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO. She was born on September 28, 1949 in Baltimore, MD and was the daughter of Jay Flaherty and Mary (Smith) Flaherty Vaughan.
She moved to Jasper in the mid 60’s and attended Jasper High School. Norma “Sue” was a long time member of the Jasper Christian Church.
She enjoyed reading, loved Halloween, cherished her time at Judy’s Truck Stop drinking coffee with friends and spending time with her beloved family.
Norma “Sue” is survived by her children, John Sisseck, Renea Harader (David), Mike Siseck (Amy), Ronda Cantrell, and Becky Eckhoff (Joe), three brothers, John Vaughan, Greg Johnson, and Jerry (JJ) Johnson, two sisters, Jeanie “Rusty” Tuck, and Gail Register, grandchildren, Tyler Sisseck, Benjamin Sisseck, Matthieu (Ashley) Sisseck, Brittany (Colton) Ferguson, Noel Harader, Shawn (Marissa) Sisseck, Kristen (Cle) Hodson, Tad (Anna) Sisseck, Shanon Sisseck, Sarah Ferguson, Seth Ferguson, Rusty Cantrell, Zachery Stephen, Abigail (Garrett) Frost, Isabella Downing, Jackson Eckhoff, Todd Eckhoff, Adam Eckhoff, and Silas Eckhoff, great-grandchildren, Alexander, James, Payton, McKenzie, Reagon, Meeka, Timothy, Zecheriah, Abigail, Oliver, and Atlas. Along with countless friends who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jay Flaherty, mother Mary Vaughan, and a sister Earlene Cleaver.
