(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)George Ronald Briscoe of Quapaw, OK passed from this life Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Integris Miami Hospital in Miami, OK. He was 76.
George was born February 25, 1944 in Picher, OK to Herschel and Mary Marie (Boss) Briscoe. He was a 1961 graduate of Quapaw High School. He had lived in the Peoria, Seneca and Quapaw area all his life.
George owned and operated Briscoe Scrap in Quapaw.
He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Gary Briscoe and Larry Briscoe, his parents and 1 brother, Gerald Briscoe.
George is survived by his wife Juanita Briscoe of the home, 1 son, Terry Ray Briscoe and his wife Darlene of Vinita, OK, 2 daughters, Kim Brown and her husband Raymond of Quapaw, OK and Tammy Briscoe of Quapaw, OK, 1 brother, Bob Briscoe of Joplin, MO, several grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
