(From Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home)Dewey Patterson, Jr., age 85, of Aurora, Missouri, passed away at 3:34 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at his home. He was born April 10, 1935, in Lamar, Missouri, the son of Dewey and Roberta (Gardner) Patterson, Sr.
Dewey was a 1952 graduate of Golden City High School in Golden City, Missouri. He was a farmer and loved to fish.
On May 2, 1954, he married Joanne Storbeck, in Lockwood, Missouri.
Dewey is survived by his wife of 66 years, Joanne; two daughters, seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; four brothers and one sister.
Dewey was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
A graveside service, under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home, in Aurora will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 20, 2020, at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
