Betty Miller

Mary “Betty” Miller, age 96, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020.

She was born October 31, 1924 in Grand Junction, Colorado, the daughter of Charles Walter and Edith (Hankins) Barker who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death are her husband; two brothers, Ted and Charles Barker; one sister, Anna Mae Divilla and one granddaughter.

She married Harold Miller in 1942 at Reverend Silas’ home, they were married for fifty-one years. She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church, taught Sunday School and Bible School, was a member of the choir and played the organ and the piano when needed. 








 Betty was a member of the WMV and worked at Roaring River Restaurant for thirty-four years. She liked taking care of her flowers, watching birds and loved tomatoes. Her love for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren was very special. If you came within reach you got a hug and an “I love you”.

Surviving are five sons, Gerry Miller and his wife Tamorah of Cassville, Missouri, Bill Miller and his wife Kay of Joplin, Missouri, Danny Miller and his wife Debbie of Cassville, Missouri, Timmy Miller of Cassville Missouri and Kerry Miller and his wife Debra of Golden, Missouri; fifteen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren and seventeen great great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 18, 2020 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Donnie Spears will conduct the services. Burial will be at Corinth Cemetery in Cassville.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Thursday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

Contributions may be made to Corinth Cemetery in memory of Betty.
