(From Peterson Funeral Chapel)Cheryl L. Garoutte, age 76 of Verona, Missouri passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at her home. She was born December 23, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois. The daughter of George and Ruth (Holmes) Winter.
Survivors include her husband, Oniee Garoutte; two sons, Daryl and Doug Garoutte both of Aurora; one brother, Glen Winter of Arkansas; four grandchildren, Derek, Cody, Hailey and Hannah; and one great grandchild, Kayson Garoutte.
Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Roy Winter; and one grandchild, Cameron Garoutte.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, August 24, 2026 from 2-4:00 PM in Peterson Funeral Chapel.
