(From Peterson Funeral Chapel)Cleo (Patty) Jennings, 86, of Marionville passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2026 in Cox Medical Center South in Springfield. She was born May 21, 1940 in Toledo, Washington, the daughter of Paul and Cleo (Schaffer) Roberts.
Patty’s greatest achievement was raising her four children. She loved traveling with George in the motorhome, she prayed every night and she felt the love of God when she studied her bible.
Patty married George Jennings on May 16, 1986 and he just preceded her in death two weeks ago on September 1, 2026. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Ron Roberts.
Survivors include two sons, Jules Amo of Marionville, MO. And Michael Amo and wife, Gina of Spokane, WA.; two daughters, Linda Torgerson and husband, Jerry of Rapid City, S.D. and Tamara Amo of Louisiana; two brothers, Jim Roberts of Ocean Shores, WA. And Larry Roberts of Springfield, MO.; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 25 at 10:30 a.m. in the Peterson Funeral Chapel with Lee Miller officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Big Cabin Cemetery in Big Cabin, OK.
Arrangements are under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel.
