Cody Kyle Neill was born August 11, 1991 in Joplin, Missouri, the son of Russell Peter and Jessica Lee Ann Wheeler O'Neill. He entered into rest following a motorcycle-automobile accident.
Cody was a lifelong area resident and a graduate of Webb City High School, class of 2010. He worked as a filler operator at Jasper Products. Cody enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors and riding his motorcycle. He was a country boy at heart.
He is survived by his mother, Jessica O'Neill of Neosho; his father, Russell O'Neill and fiancé Kimberly VanWinkle-England of Neosho; two children, Chase O'Neill and Katie O'Neill and their mother, Amanda Austin of Neosho; one brother, Shane O'Neill of Granby; one sister, Cassie O'Neill of Neosho; his maternal grandmother, Diana Lafferty of Joplin and numerous other family and friends.
