Harry W. Martin age 85 of Joplin, Missouri passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Freeman West Hospital. He was born on October 31, 1934 in Carthage, Missouri to Addison C. Martin and Ida (Hidle) Martin.
Harry was a farmer and retired from Atlas Powder Company.
He married Betty Ann Martin in 1955 and she preceded him in death in 2009.
Harry is survived by his daughters, Kathy Blackford of Joplin; Shirley Olsen and husband Robert of Webb City; 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a brother, John R. Martin of Carthage.
Friends and family may come by Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM for viewing on Tuesday.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin.
