Carl Judd

Mr. Carl David Judd, Granby, MO passed away at his home on July 10, 2020 at the age of 97 years, eight months, and 13 days. He was born October 27, 1922 in Granby to Mary (Finn) and Soloman David Judd. 

Carl was a veteran of the US Army, serving in WWII and Korea. He worked as a carpenter supervisor for Branco. 

He married Catherine “Peggy” Kelly on May 25, 1946 in Columbus, KS and they have shared 74 years together. Carl is a member of the Methodist Church, Granby. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, sports, and his family, especially his grandchildren. 








Carl is survived by his wife of their Granby home; one daughter, Janet Oxford of Neosho; six sons, David Judd of Joplin, Gary Judd and wife, Sandy of Neosho, Larry Judd and wife, Kelly of Granby, Danny Judd and wife, Becky of Neosho, Mark Judd and wife, Lynn of Granby, and Tim Judd and wife, Susie of Nevada; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters; one brother; his daughter, Peggy Rolline; and his grandson, Robert Dennis Judd.

Services will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Clark Funeral Home, Granby Chapel, Granby, MO, with Rev. R. J. Savage officiating. A time of visitation will be Tuesday beginning at 10 am until service time. Interment will follow at Dice Cemetery, Fairview, MO.
