Phillip Patrick

Philip Leslie Patrick, age 64, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Mercy Hospital, Carthage after a sudden illness. Philip was born on September 27, 1957, a twin, in Osceola, Missouri to the late Hartford Patrick and Betty Lou (Brown) Patrick. 

Philip was loved dearly by his family. He lived most of his life at the Sunshine Home outside of Carthage. At Sunshine Home, he was loved and was well cared for by staff and management.









Philip lived a blessed life. He loved his art, writing, and crafts. He most loved the time he got to spend with his parents, while they were alive, and with brothers John and Paul and his twin sister, Mary. He was a huge fan of Spider Man. Going out to eat, dancing, singing, shopping, watching movies, going to the park and just hanging out always made him happy. In return, he shared his happiness through his playfulness and keen sense of humor.

Survivors include two brothers, John Patrick (Nelda), Carthage, Missouri, Paul Patrick (Debbie), Leawood, Kansas; and his twin sister, Mary Patrick Seigfreid (Paul), Mexico, Missouri; nieces and nephews, Matthew Patrick (Holly), Sarah Seigfreid (Sterling Hopkinson), William Seigfreid (Sarah), and Robert Seigfreid; and great nieces and nephews, Hayven and Estdan Patrick, Alyosha, Augustine, and Aurora Hopkinson, and twins Elli and Henry Seigfreid.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister Pamela Patrick.

Services are pending and will be announced at a later date. Memorial gifts are suggested to the Sunshine Children’s Home, Carthage, Missouri in care of Knell Mortuary, 308 W. Chestnut St., Carthage, MO 64836. Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Knell Mortuary.
