Dale Medley

Mr. Dale L. Medley, 83, of Stella, Missouri, departed this life on Friday, September 9, 2022, in the comfort of his home, with his loving family by his side.

Dale entered this life on November 4, 1938, in Clifton, Colorado, son of Ira Lee and Myrtle Louise (Ivy) Medley. 

He married his high school sweetheart, Helen Marie Woodfill, on November 26, 1958, and to this union two sons were born. 








They moved from Oklahoma to Stella, Missouri, in 1968. He worked for the Glad Corporation as a supervisor. Dale enjoyed carpentry, spending time on the farm and working with animals. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Stella, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen Marie Medley; siblings, Toni, Lea and Raymond.

Dale is survived by his two sons, Jack Lee Medley and wife, Sherri, of Neosho, Missouri and Jerry Dale Medley and wife, Pam, of Bethel Heights, Arkansas; brothers, Norman Medley (Billie), of Florida and Bill Medley (Kay), of Arizona; his sisters, Melba Cliffman, of Oklahoma, Carolyn Wiggins, of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Tiffany Lynn Medley, Tyler Lee Medley and wife, Christie Ann, Darren Ray Medley, Shelby Louise Hendrix, Amber Diane Medley, Megan Sweat and Jason Errett; great grandchildren, Carter Ray Dutra, Colt Douglas Hendrix and Eva Leann Bilyeu; his mother-in-law, Gladys Marie Woodfill of Pineville, Missouri; as well as a host of other family and friends whom will dearly miss Dale.






 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday evening, September 13, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home. Reverend Jack Medley will officiate. Private burial will be held at a later date at the Tracy Cemetery in Anderson, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark funeral Home, family will receive friends at this time.
