(From Bland-Brumback Funeral Home)Marceleen M. Haralson, age 80, of Carl Junction MO passed away on Tuesday September 20, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin MO after a brief illness.
Marci was born June 5, 1942, in Kansas City, MO to Donald and Mildred McMillin-Grady.
She married Robert O. Haralson on April 20, 1963, and they have a son, Owen Jay and daughter, Amy Marie.
Along with caring for her family, she was a hair stylist and floral designer. Throughout their 59 years of marriage, Marci and Robert resided in Dallas, TX; the Kansas City, MO area; Stockton, MO; Springfield, MO; and Carl Junction, MO in recent years.
Marci loved and served her Lord throughout her life and belonged to various churches in each of the communities where they resided. She loved and fond joy in her children, their spouses, her five grandsons, and her great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; son Jay Haralson and wife Debbie, Carl Junction, MO; daughter Amy Haralson-Smith, Springfield, MO; four sisters, Dona Jones and husband Russ, Kansas City, MO; Deby Lieurance, Gladstone, MO; Sheryl Lavelock and husband Rick, Kansas City, MO; and Stephanie Sperling and husband Peter; three brothers-in-law, David Haralson, Carl Junction, MO; John Haralson and wife Janice, Columbia, MO; and Jim Haralson and wife Joan, Gladstone, MO; five grandchildren, Zach, Jordan and Dylan Haralson, and Eli and Elliot Smith; four great-grandchildren; fifteen nieces and nephew; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, September 23, 2022, at United Methodist Church in Stockton, MO, with a visitation at 12:30 pm prior to the service. The arrangements are under the direction of Bland-Brumback Funeral Home.
