William “Willie” Eugene Wheeler

Best dozer operator in the 4-State area!

Willie, 65, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at his home.










Willie was born September 22, 1956, in Webb City, MO. He was raised by his grandparents, Roy and Dorothy Francisco. Willie graduated in 1975 from Memorial High School in Joplin, MO. Beginning at a young age, Willie spent his entire working career operating backhoes, dozers, and dump trucks.

Willie met Debbie in 1977, in Joplin, MO. They married 1978.
They have four children.

Willie spent every free chance with his family. He loved playing games, watching sports, watching sci-fi and old westerns. His favorite holiday was 4th of July, when he would light off all the fireworks.

Willie is survived by his wife Debbie, four children and their spouses; Steven and (Angela), Cindy and (Brandon), Starbuck and (Amy) and Scott and (Hailey); 17 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren; a brother, Brad and (Cindy) and 4 sisters; Tonya, Marie, Ruby Ann and Paula.








Visitation is Monday, September 12, from 6-8 pm. Services to be held Tuesday, September 13, at 10:00 am. at Parker Mortuary.

Willie,
The sky’s the limit. We know where you are. We will forever love and remember you. One day, we will be reunited again. You are our world: the best husband, father, grandfather and so much more than we could ever ask for. Always and forever in our hearts.
