Francis Bell Woods, age 97, of Neosho, Missouri, passed away on December 2, 2018 at her own home.
Francis was born on July 5, 1921 in Vian, Oklahoma to the late Issac Stanford and Edna Ellen Scott Stanford.
Francis married Bill Woods in May 23, 1952 in Texas. He preceded her in death.
Francis was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist in Neosho; she loved her church. Francis was a problem solver and loved helping people. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by seven children; daughter, Anita Van Matre and husband, Benny; daughter, Darlyne Hoyt; daughter, Linda Van Houwelingen; son, Charles Woods; daughter, Ellen Lincoln and husband Bill; daughter, Billie Barton and husband Randy; daughter Annette Nedwicke and husband Frank; seventeen grandchildren; many great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Neosho on Friday December 7, 2018 at 1p.m. Interment to follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Cremation arrangements under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
