(From Clark Funeral Home)Janice Lee Woodward was born April 11, 1936 in Neosho, Missouri, the daughter of Elmer L. and Lottie (Barlow) Testerman. She entered into rest on January 15, 2022 in Joplin, Missouri at the age of 85.
Janice was a lifelong area resident. While in high school she worked in the family grocery business, Testerman Grocery, she worked at the Neosho United Methodist Church; she worked in food service for the Neosho Public Schools at the Neosho High School and at Benton School and as a CAN at the Neosho Senior Center.
She had enjoyed bowling and fishing and she loved animals and doing puzzles. She was a member of the Neosho United Methodist Church.
Janice married Kenneth Brady and he preceded her in death on Nov. 3, 1972, she then married T.S. Barnett and he preceded her in death in March of 2002, then married Wilson Cook, who also preceded her in death and married Dean Woodward and he preceded her in death on July 3, 2017.
She is survived by one son, Rocky (Vicky) Brady of Neosho; stepson, Mike (Stacy) Barnett of Neosho; stepdaughters, Terri (Randy Davidson), Vickie Bohannan, Toni (Leslie) Gregory and Terry Brady; four granddaughters, Brandi (Mike) Grissom, Tara (Jake) Davis both of Neosho, Kiri (Chris) Gawith of Republic and Kayla House of Wheaton; twelve great grandchildren and a special niece, Cary Kelso and nephew, John Testerman.
In addition to her parents and spouses, she is preceded in death by a brother, Gary L. Testerman.
Private family services will be held.
